Please navigate to Company Setup menu as shown in below image.

This module store company’s complete details including addresses and contact details.
How to add a new company?
On clicking on Company Setup, the module will be opened in display mode. You will see Company Navigation, Specific, Edit and Exit button.
Just press Exit button, on clicking Exit button, you will see Add, View/Edit and Exit.
Here Clicking Add button, a blank form will be opened as shown in below image and feed necessary data.

General Details
*Database:    This field saves the database name. The database name should not contain embedded space and special characters and should start with an alphabet.
Category:      You can Select Business Category here.
*Year:         You can select Financial Year here.
*Start Date:   This field mentions the beginning date of the financial period for the Company.
*End Date:     This field mentions the ending date of the financial period for the Company.
Firm Code:     You can Manage Firm Code here.
*Firm Name: This field saves the Company Name
Address:       This field saves the Company Address.
City:          This field saves City.
Pin Code:      This field stores Pin Code of the Company.
District:      This field saves District of the Company.
State:         This field saves State of the Company.
Country:       This field saves Country of the Company.
Fax No.:       This field stores Fax No. of the Company.
Telephone:     This field stores Telephone no. of the Company.
Mobile:        This field stores Mobile No. of the Company.
E-mail:        This field saves Email address of the Company.
Web-Site:      This field saves Web-Side address of the Company.
Holiday:       This field saves Holiday of the Company.
Currency:      This field saves Currency of the India.
Firm Type:     This field saves Firm Type of the Company.
Signatory:     This field saves Signatory.

On the Insert tab, the galleries include items that are designed to coordinate with the overall look of your document. You can use these galleries to insert tables, headers, footers, lists, cover pages, and other document building blocks. When you create pictures, charts, or diagrams, they also coordinate with your current document look.

You can easily change the formatting of selected text in the document text by choosing a look for the selected text from the Quick Styles gallery on the Home tab. You can also format text directly by using the other controls on the Home tab. Most controls offer a choice of using the look from the current theme or using a format that you specify directly.

To change the overall look of your document, choose new Theme elements on the Page Layout tab. To change the looks available in the Quick Style gallery, use the Change Current Quick Style Set command. Both the Themes gallery and the Quick Styles gallery provide reset commands so that you can always restore the look of your document to the original contained in your current template.
