On windows desktop, you will find this icon, just double click on icon with mouse or press Enter key with keyboard. Software will get started.
Please contact your System Administrator to get it checked. System Administrator will check for the drive whether it is mapped to your system or not. If drive is not mapped then he will map the drive on your system and make software shortcut. If there is network related issues then he will check at his level and if not then he will contact your Hardware engineer.
